Dr. KimLoan Tran serves as Vice President and Head of Talent Management at Allstate. Prior to Allstate, she served as Chief Learning Officer at TIBCO.
Dr. Tran was named the 2022 OnCon Icon “Learning & Development Professional of the Year”. Dr. Tran is actively involved as a TCSPP alum – in June 2022, she sat on an alumni panel highlighting trends in consulting as part of the Business Psychology Thought Leadership Series.
