The Chicago School recently hosted a panel conversation around workplace wellness featuring our very own Dr. Michele Nealon and Mark Ishaug, President & CEO of Thresholds. The panel was moderated by Susanna Song, podcast host and Chief Marketing Officer for High Wire Networks. They talked about the challenges nonprofit organizations face and how they work to create healthy and psychologically safe work environments for their employees and the communities they serve.
